Our exclusive partnership with your apartment building allows for convenient booking and entrance to your home. The building staff already knows The Minte and will retain a copy of the key release form you will complete during your sign-up process.
However, certain properties may require additional permission directly from the resident. In order to ensure we can complete your service:
- Check your property’s specific permission-to-enter process. Common examples include: written authorization via resident online portal, providing a copy of your key to management or front desk staff, etc.
It is the responsibility of each client to meet property specific requirements to grant The Minte access to the apartment. If your housekeeper is unable to enter your home, the clean will be cancelled.
