To reschedule* an existing clean, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account;
2. Select the clean you would like to reschedule under the "Coming up" column;
3. Select the date field;
4. Choose any of the available alternative dates.
If you do not see a date that works for you, it may be that we are fully committed. Contact customer service to see if you request can be accommodated.
*Keep in mind that late rescheduling includes a $30 fee.
